This is a very short story/vignette about a father who's doing what he believes is best for his child and what happens when others disagree with him.

David tries to come to terms with the fact that outside he looks like a boy but inside he's all girl.

Orphan Mary is sent to live with her uncle in his large house. He is still in mourning for his late wife so spends as little time there as possible. Only the chambermaid has any time for Mary and tells her of a walled garden within the grounds of the house that nobody has been in for some time.

Can Mary find a way in and what will she discover if she does. What secrets lie within the rest of the house?

The children's wish to see the Psammead again is rewarded when they find 'it' in a pet shop in Camden Town, and their magic adventures start all over again. Their journey takes them to places and times that they could only dream of.

Robert, Cyril, Anthea, Jane and The Lamb (their baby brother) have moved from London to the countryside of Kent. Exploring the gravel pits around their new home, the children inadvertently unearth a Psammead, also known as a sand fairy.

Granted a wish each day, the children embark on a series of adventures, or misadventures brought on by magic's twisted interpretation of their own desires.

In another moment Alice was through the glass, and had jumped lightly down into the Looking-glass room... Through the Looking-Glass, and What Alice Found There (1871) is a famous children's novel by Lewis Carroll ( Charles Lutwidge Dodgeson ).

What can happen when you forget about the one you love.

This is a continuation of the story, Shoes. It's being told from the viewpoint of Brianna's brother, Carl. This story starts in the small hours of the morning after he had a long talk with Brianna about her being a girl. He's still trying to work though things, and finally decides to contact an old friend ... someone you may recognize from one of my other stories. ;)
